It's the other way around: add the file to the list of ext_headers in
include/Makefile.am. Then run automake from the top libstdc++-v3 directory
to regenerate include/Makefile.in. (Actually, automake will regenerate
/all/ of the Makefile.in's in all of the library's subdirectories, but
only include/Makefile.in should be committed.)
When posting the final diff, of course, only the .am changes can be listed.
Don't forget to add an entry like
* include/Makefile.am (ext_headers): Add new file.
* include/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
or something like that.
