Suggesting "libstdc++-3.0.95-gcc-3.0.3"; I don't know of any reason
not to be specific.  Alternatively, put enough #ifdefs in mainline 
so that only the binary result has to be labeled.  Then release it 
as "libstdc++-3.0.95", and documented to work in 3.0.3 like the old 
snapshots.
