I keep trying to get drunk enough to do the fixincludes work, but
always pass out before I get a chance to scroll down from the top
of the file... :-)

Seriously, nobody has yet pursued the fixincludes addition.  We
just recently got all the C++ EH stuff to work, and expect to be
contributing patches for those (all changes to GCC proper) soon.
