After removing my nasty TCL patch, in 3.0.X tree, I ran:

$ cvs update -j1.8 -j1.9 libstdc++-v3/testsuite/lib/libstdc++-v3-dg.exp

Checked in already bootstrapped tree and was seen to fix all problems
related to ./configure during 'gmake check'.
