gcc bug and a dirty hack for std_bitset.h

I send it to you privatly on friday, BUT I get the latest gcc from cvs and
bitset
are totaly changed !!! I suppose my patch is no longer required, but why and who
change
bitset without any changelog entry ? just check:

libstdc++ and libstdc++-v3 are merged or what ?
bitset was called (in v3) std_bitset.h and now bitset ?
so what is the status of stdc++ ?
