undefined symbol: __dso_handle

I was using binutils-2.9.5.0.31. I replaced it with binutils-2.10-rc3 
and rebuilt gcc-20000612. The same error occured.
I added the fix mentioned earlier and rebuilt gcc-20000612 with 
binutils-2.10-rc3 and the problem went away.
