the install of libstdc++-v3

Dear all,

I want to install a copy of libstdc++-v3 on my PC (Linux, S.u.Se 6.4 and Red Hat 
6.2). I download the files '20000420-libstdc++-v3.tar.gz' or 
'libstdc++-2.90.8.tar.gz' After unpack, I get a subdirectory 'libstdc++v3' or 
'libstdc++-2.90.8'. Then I run 'configure' in 'libstdc++v3'. The problem is as 
follows:

   creating cache ./config.cache
   configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in .. ./..


It seems there is no install-sh or intall.sh in the dir. Could someone help me 
to sort it out?
