What has happened to

bits/atomicity.h

?
It has gone from the CVS sources, but it is included (and needed) by
bits/basic_string.h

I can't compile the library unless I take an old copy of atomicity.h from
the installed compiler and insert it into the source directory obtained by
cvs.
