FYI.

sorry if this is off-topic, but maybe some poor soul like myself
will benefit.

The  20000530 gcc/egcs snapshot must be patched for g++ to be
in any working order. as released/snapped, compiling anything
with g++ yields 'undefined reference to terminate(void)' when
compiling anything. If you're seeing this behavoir, read
