undefined symbol __dso_handle

hi,

I am trying to build the current version of libstdc++ and gcc.
Both build fine, but when compiling applications I sometimes get "undefined
symbol __dso_handle". 

I am using Suse Linux 6.4 with GNU as version 2.9.5.0.24.
