basic_string<>::max_size

There is a little problem with it.

The value _Rep::_S_max_size is defined inside of _Rep.
If I try to use sizeof(_Rep) inside it I get a compiler error
because of incomplete type...

I cannot simply modify basic_string<>::max_size because
_Rep::_S_frob_size uses _S_max_size.
