Using 2.90.60 as standard C++ lib with gcc 2.95

You modify the specs compiled into the preprocessor and cc1plus
appropriately. I don't think there is an established procedure for
doing so, yet, so you have to find out yourself. When you do, please
provide a patch for the documentation.

As far as I can tell, the biggest error was not to tell us exactly
what the output of the test run was, in terms of produced log files
etc. That would give a clue about the problems you see.
