SGI has just released SGI-STL v3.11 with some minor
bug fixes and algorithmic improvements, *and* with
every instance of the name "_T" changed to "_Ty".

Of course this renders any patches to STL files across 
the boundary unusable, so we will be doing another snapshot
as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, it also makes a diff 
of the snapshots impractical.

The snapshot will also include some other minor fixes,
such as in the string find_last_* members.
