 Thank you.  I went through the *_array.h files and discovered, the same
 change was needed in mask_array.h as well.  Fixed with this

         * bits/slice_array.h: Rename generic type template parameter name
         '_T' to '_Tp'. 
         * bits/mask_array.h: Ditto
