libstdc++: Cleanup trailing whitespace from r16-8429-g8b95d5f5b22621.
libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
* include/bits/version.def: Remove trailing whitespaces.
* include/std/inplace_vector: Likewise.
* testsuite/23_containers/inplace_vector/modifiers/single_insert.cc:
