    libstdc++: Use no_stdname for make_obj_using_allocator feature test macro
    
    This is a non-standard feature test macro only used internally, so use
    the new no_stdname property for it.
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * include/bits/version.def (make_obj_using_allocator): Use
            no_stdname.
            * include/bits/version.h: Regenerate.
