    libstdc++: Fix -Wdeprecated-declarations warning for Parallel Mode [PR116944]
    
    The pragmas to disable warnings need to be moved before the first use of
    the deprecated classes.

            * include/parallel/base.h: Move diagnostic pragmas earlier.
