    libstdc++: Fix incorrect -std option in test
    
    This is a C++20 feature so should use -std=gnu++20.
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * testsuite/20_util/uses_allocator/lwg3677.cc: Fix -std in
            dg-options.
