    libstdc++: Fix simd_mask<double> on POWER w/o POWER8
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * include/experimental/bits/simd.h: Remove unnecessary static
            assertion. Allow sizeof(8) integer __intrinsic_type to enable
            the necessary mask type.
