    libstdc++: Improve comment about testsuite utilities
    
    This fixes a typo and also explains why test_container is not a range
    when used with output_iterator_wrapper or input_iterator_wrapper.
    
    	* testsuite/util/testsuite_iterators.h: Improve comment.
