Fix 'make clean' to remove stamp-host file in libstdc++-v3/include.

libstdc++-v3/:
	PR libstdc++/41220
	* include/Makefile.am (CLEANFILES): Add stamp-host.
	* include/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
