	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCXX_ENABLE_SYMVERS): Set default versioning to
	gnu-versioned-namespace.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* include/bits/c++config: Update version to 7.
	* config/abi/pre/gnu-versioned-namespace.ver: Same, merge in missing
	symbols.
	* config/abi/pre/gnu.ver: Correct versions labels.
