	PR libstdc++/9234
	* include/bits/valarray_meta.h (_UnBase::operator[]): Apply unary
	operator.
	
	* include/bits/valarray_meta.h (__not_equal_to): Use != instead of ==.
	
	* testsuite/26_numerics/valarray_operators.cc: New test.
