Log message:
	* acinclude.m4 (glibcpp_toolexeclibdir): Instead of
	$(MULTISUBDIR), use `$CC -print-multi-os-directory`, unless
	version_specific_libs is enabled.
	* aclocal.m4, configure: Rebuilt.
