	* include/bits/fstream.tcc (basic_filebuf::seekoff): Fix for
	output-only filebufs.
	* include/std/std_fstream.h (basic_filebuf::_M_set_indeterminate):
	Likewise.
	(basic_filebuf::_M_set_determinate): Likewise.
