	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_CHECK_COMPILER_VERSION): Change to
	AC_TRY_COMPILE, so that the built compiler is checked, and
	bootstraps or cross compiles with an older compile still work.
	* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
