	* include/bits/char_traits.h: Tweak.
	* acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_CHECK_WCHAR_T_SUPPORT): Check for
	everything used by std_cwchar.h.
	* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
	* configure.in: Regenerate.
	* config.h.in: Regenerate.
