 * elf: Fix handling of symbol versions which hash to zero (bug 29190) (Joseph)
  * Andreas: Moved to the next release.
  * Carlos: Yes, this is part of RHEL downstream testing initiative, and it doesn't matter to me if this goes into the next release. We need to stop adding tests at some point and complete the release.
 * Raise minimum gcc version to 11.5 (HJ)
  * Andreas: Discussed previously. Too close to the release.
  * Carlos: That aligns with c9s and the use of gcc and glibc there would work out fine.
 * configure: make --prefix=/usr and '' identical (DJ)
  * Carlos: Original change reverted, this can wait until after the release.
  * Review from Andreas about the functionality.
  * DJ needs to rework.
  * Carlos: Marked Changes Requested.
 * TCB layout changes are reverted for the sake of Chromium and others using the TID cache directly.
  * Carlos: Confirmed reverted and downstreams operating correctly.
 * Andreas: Note Alpha misaligned clone?

  * Carlos: I don't see any of the required realignment in clone.S for Alpha.
 * Discussed 32-bit ARM failures related to libgcc_s.so installed location.

 * Discussed that this is currently broken in existing versions of glibc and GCC 15 with target_clones (FMV).
 * Carlos: Not a blocker for 2.41, since this continues to be broken and GCC 15 is not released. We have time to fix and backport.
 * Andreas: Our standard announcement text says "... ISO C11, and POSIX..."
 * Carlos: There is POSIX Issue 8 reelased since then and we should update text. We should also update to mention C23.
 * Andreas: Plan to cut the release tomorrow.
 * Carlos: Sounds good to me!
