[PATCH] Document glibc.pthread.stack_hugetlb does nothing in recent kernels

c4608d1bf7c: mm: mmap: map MAP_STACK to VM_NOHUGEPAGE

All MAP_STACK allocations imply NOHUGEPAGE and the tunable does nothing.
