glibc 2.35 -> 2.39 upgrade

Hi Team,

Can you please advise if there are any locale ordering or other major
changes between versions 2.35 and 2.39?

This is in the context of upgrading an OS running Postgres from ubuntu
jammy to ubuntu noble. As part of the OS change, the glibc version will
change from 2.35 to 2.39. We remember there was a need to fully reindex the
database after glibc upgrade to 2.28 and are trying to check requirements
for the current upgrade to 2.39.
