Like I mentioned before to H.J., Ubuntu tends to stick to older revisions.
Even the latest 22.04 updates available use GCC 11.4. So this means the
minimum GCC version effectively becomes GCC 12 for a lot of people.
If there is no actual evidence that we need 11.5 for correctness rather than
say 11.2 or 11.4, why demand 11.5?
