Andreas K. Hüttel as uploader for glibc

Andreas has been supporting upstream glibc releases for the last 2 years
and has been instrumental in improving the release process. This has a
direct benefit to users of the GNU C Library. Andreas has distribution
experience in Gentoo which is invaluable in helping upstream release
a glibc that is ready for use with the downstream distributions that many
users install e.g. Gentoo, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, openSUSE etc.

I have sent an email to maintainers@gnu.org to add Andreas as an uploader
for glibc to continue his excellent work with the release process.

Thank you Andreas for all of the effort you put into the glibc!
