This preconfigure fragment is a generated file, and this change has now 
been lost as part of the regeneration of preconfigure fragments for 
copyright year updates.  You need to edit preconfigure.ac and then 
regenerate preconfigure for the change to stay rather than being lost in 
regeneration.
