[PATCH v2] new inputs with large errors for [a]cospi, [a]sinpi, [a]tanpi, atan2pi

The patch is committed (after fixing a trivial merge conflict, due to some
xfail entries added in the meantime for two tanpi values).

This will need to regenerate ulps for several architectures, sorry.
