[wwwdocs, coding conventions] Mention OVERRIDE/FINAL

I noticed this one has neither been rejected nor applied.

The patch appears fine wearing my wwwdocs maintainer hat, alas I
do not feel confident approving it (content-wise).

Perhaps something for Jeff (now added) or Bernd?
