[ANN] Ravi alpha-release 0.6

Hi,

I am pleased to announce that I have just released 0.6 of Ravi. This
release has been mostly about the alternative JIT implementation using
libgccjit - however as that work is not yet complete, I have only
included binaries for the LLVM implementation.
