[ANN] OCaml bindings for libgccjit

Dear list,

I am pleased to announce new OCaml bindings for libgccjit. You can find
them at:

They support the full API, with the exception of
gcc_jit_context_enable_dump.  The tutorial has also been ported to OCaml
and can be found in the GitHub wiki page

(parts 4 and 5 are coming soon).

The library should be available in opam (the OCaml package manager) soon.
