Looking at:
http://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/dmalcolm/libgccjit/
I see that these were built for Fedora 19 and 20, and for "rawhide",
which meant 21 at some point, but which now means a later release.
I've just kicked off a build of libgccjit and the Python bindings for
Fedora 21.
These SRPMs (and thus the built RPMs) are somewhat out-of-date at the
moment; I'll try to refresh them all at some point.
