[patch win32]: Add missing header UnsupportedOperationException

Hi,

As I got just reported, there is the header include
'java/lang/UnsupportedOperationException.h' missing for
gnu/java/security/jce/prng/natVMSecureRandomWin32.cc file. This leads
to build failures for 32-bit mingw builds.
