gcj 4.3.0 on mpc860 kernel 2.4.24

Just for some closure on this matter.

The problem was not related to the toolchain at all. It was due to a bug 
in the kernel we are using: sometimes it incorrectly handles a page miss 
as a page fault! I applied a patch (thanks to Grigori Tolstolytkin on 
the linuxppc-embedded list) and hello world runs great from a 4.2.3 and 
4.3.0 toolchain.
