[gcj trunk / gnu-classpath] String.format(...) undefined

I am going to look at this and all other pending patches this coming
week.  I've been traveling a bit and only reading the most trivial
patches while on the road.

If you have a patch pending, please hold on just a little longer.
If I don't get to it by Friday the 9th, please ping me.


Also, if you are using the Red Hat branch, please note that Jakub
merged everything over to branches/redhat/gcc-4_1-branch.  The old
merge branch (whose name I've already forgotten) is closed.
