[FYI] backport of gcc/java, libjava, libffi, boehm-gc, zlib to the gcc-4_2-branch

You can find this backport in branches/ubuntu/gcc-4_2-branch; this branch will
follow the gcc-4_2-branch, except for the gcc/java, libjava, libffi, boehm-gc,
zlib directories which are merged from the trunk. Test results look good (at
least I get the same failures that I get on the trunk).
