libcj java.nio.DirectBuffer is slow (no inlining)

Yeah.  You guys come and tile my bathroom.  I will then write the code 
in my free time.

Not to worry though.  If for some reason I end up having to finish the 
bathroom work my self, it should only be a couple more months.  Then for 
sure I will have a bunch of free time...
