BTW, I have scanned the signed agreement before sending it back, so I  
can forward it elettronically to who is in charge of such things if  
it can speed up the process.

Anyway, I think that turnaround times could be cut in half if the  
paper to be signed is sent in PDF/email form instead of printed/snail  
mail. And could be reduced to a few hours if the signed reply could  
be sent electronically... It's ironic how in this dematerialized  
world the FSF still requires paper, ink and pencil! :)
