No console output: gcj Windows cross-compiler

A basic principle of Free Software is "scratch your own itch".  That
is to say, people who need gcj to run well on proprietary operating
systems should contribute to that effort.  It is unlikely that people
who do not use proprietary operating systems will do so, and
unreasonable to expect them to.
