Notes about compiling gcj 3.4.4 for Windows

FWIW, build scripts for 3.4 and 4.0 have been available here for
quite some time:

These were based on Ranjit's original scripts and should build
3.4 and 4.0 out of the box. They don't work for 4.1, though
(reportedly - haven't tested this myself).
