Problem running Eclipse with gij

I followed the instructions from 
http://developer.classpath.org/mediation/ClasspathShowcase to run 
Eclipse with gij (from GCC 4), and right after the splash screen I see 
this error:
An error has occurred. See the log file
"/home/lucas/.eclipse/org.eclipse.platform_3.1.0/configuration/1115918755740.log".
The log file is attached.
I do not know Java, if anyone knows what is happening, please tell me.
