Sorting out JAXP is pretty high on my to-do list.
For the time being I've just been using xalan from rhug.  This works
great, though building rhug does take forever.

Try adding '-L.' before the -l.

If your java code uses JNI to implement a native method, then you must
compile with '-fjni'.
