Trying to compile Xerces's jar

Build the whole thing with something like

mkdir ~/build
cd ~/build
/home/aph/gcc/gcc.clean/gcc/configure   --enable-threads --prefix=/home/aph/gcc/install --disable-static --enable-languages=c,c++,java
make
make install
