gcc.gnu.org is down right now so I can't check, but from memory that 
page is very out of date. You're quite right, though, the GCJ web pages 
are badly in need of an overhaul. One solution, perhaps, would be to 
move a lot of the existing content over to the wiki, where it can more 
easily be kept up to date.
